 I have downloaded the program but couldn't use it.There isn’t any icon I can click to start it. At its directory on my computer there are only documents and other files but not the actual software!!I am very disappointed.

Even though Slideshow XL has many options for adjusting or creating images, text, colours, duration, effects, audio (it can even rip an audio CD!) etc. etc. it's still very simple to use.  This tool would be exactly the right thing - it took us 2 days to get 'how' - but the problem is, we need .giv files and not swf files.We want to create BANNERS with sliding images and upload them in our website, Joomla, BANNERS - and there it accepts only .gif files.
